What happens to your details.

Home Pro Lead Funnel only asks for the information Darren needs to run your website healthcheck or reply to your inquiry.

What we collect

The forms may collect your name, business name, website address, phone number, email address, preferred contact time and the message you choose to send.

How it is used

Your details are used to run the healthcheck you requested, send the result to the website, notify Darren and contact you about your inquiry and relevant Home Pro Lead Funnel services during the 30-day retention period. They are not used for unrelated third-party marketing. The healthcheck reads public pages from the website address you provide. It does not log in, change your website or inspect private account data.

How long it is kept

Form submissions and healthcheck results are automatically deleted after 30 days. The information is not sold or added to an unrelated mailing list.

Where it is processed

The website uses Cloudflare to host the site, securely store each submission for the retention period and send Darren the notification email.

Questions or deletion requests

Email hello@homeprofunnel.com if you want to ask a privacy question or have a submission deleted before the 30-day limit.
